Two dark ambient projects from Upper Silesia: MOAN and DEAD FACTORY on the release, which is the effect of their many years of cooperation, joint concerts and friendship that has connected the musicians for many years. The limited edition on cassette contains two EPs, previously available only in digital version via the band's Bandcamp profiles, published respectively: "Onset Of Oblivion" in 2021 and "Abandoned Heritage" in 2023. The material contained therein is the result of cooperation, in which each project had an equal impact on its final shape. The publication is a great addition to the discography of both DEAD FACTORY and MOAN, revealing the nature of their work from a slightly different perspective, because it is filtered through the filter of interaction, which to some extent forces the deconstruction of the originally conceived ideas and a change of concept already at the post-production stage. As a result, we are dealing with very interesting, jointly developed musical material, based on the dialogue of artists who come from a similar environment, sometimes inspired by similar phenomena, and at the same time able to maintain an individual language, which translates into colours, emotions, and sources of generated sounds. , clearly leaving its mark on these five long, coherent and atmospheric compositions including both sides of the cassette...
